Here's a suggestion.
It seems to me like the signatures are getting rather large... I don't mind what size the pictures in your signatures are, just please dont let them get too big as in space wise.. otherwise it adds unnecessary scrolling, and we dont want that now, do we?

Shall I edit Joel's sig so his pictures are underneath eachother then?

It'd have the same problem as Alex's.. it takes forever to scroll down. They're gonna have to get rid of one of their pictures.

Actually, how about setting definite size and memory restrictions?

As for size, something with a width of about 500 pixels should be plenty wide, and a height of about...250? Is plenty tall, nobody likes to have to scroll down forever.

I'd also then say that...500kb is pretty loose when it comes to the size of the files, but still well within reason.

Maybe not restrictions to size as in pixels, blah blah blah,as that gets too annoying on finding the right size.
I'd say just not too tall or wide, not over the top pics like the ones in Joel's sig. They way too big

Err, so I'll host it in my Photobucket account, (700 KB) and reduce the size?

As long as you don't have to scroll down too far or scross across it's fine. DR your sig is fine as it is
